You agree to cooperate fully with our KYC procedures, which may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

In all cases, jlbossapp's total aggregate liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlbossapp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
